Semi-Private Classes are limited to 6 students to allow for personalized attention.  Passes can be used at any 75-minute yoga class, including a series, dependent upon available space.  Due to the small class size, we cannot guarantee a spot for drop-ins.  Please Call or go online to reserve a spot in a class at least 12 hours in advance.  No shows and Late Cancels with less than 6 hours notice, will be charged for the class.  Classes may be cancelled if the minimum number of students is not met.  ​​

YOGA FOR POSTURE & ALIGNMENT - Classes held Every Thursday, 5:45-7:00pm.
The slow and steady yoga class will be taught at a slow and gentle pace allowing time to explore and adjust each pose to fit the body. The class will focus on proper alignment and posture that can help with injury prevention and recovery. Students will move their bodies slowly and mindfully so that the muscles become both longer and stronger. This class is ideal for students of all levels who are looking to improve stability, manage pain, and reduce stress.

Come join TULA for an all-levels yoga class. Small class sizes allow for individualized attention, no matter what level you are at!

VINYASA FLOW - Classes held Every Sunday, 10:30-11:45am
Join us for a Vinyasa flow class that will get your heart pumping. This class will focus on yoga postures that build strength, flexibility and focus to enhance the overall health of the body and mind. Each class will flow at a moderate pace and allow for an open practice to accommodate all levels of students. This class is designed to help students improve cardiovascular health, lose weight and get you moving with more ease.  Semi-Private Classes are limited to 6 students to allow for personalized attention.
